Maturity Level 2 — Managed

Work Unit Change Management deals with managing and controlling the content and changes to product releases that are deployed for use internal and external to the organization. Sourcing Management deals with managing the acquisition of products and services from suppliers external to the organization. Process and Product Assurance deals with providing appropriate conformance guidance and objectively reviewing the activities and work products of work efforts within the organization to ensure they comply with applicable laws,regulations, standards, organizational policies, business rules, process descriptions, and work procedures.
