Shawn begins to doubt the President very slightly

On President's orders she trades the information for a semi valuable piece of knowledge regarding the Russian computer system. This opens up the back door in the Russian system. Is the back door stupid?

Shawn meets up with Tony using the method Tony mentioned to find him. Shawn still thinks his family is dead. Tony brings Shawn to his true home; Loonvill. Tony is evades many of Shawn's questions and doesn't want to make himself look like bad.

Months later they want to reasses the long term damage but the President is to busy. They will talk about it on the AF1 where the President is going to many military schools graduations

Black Ops member goes missing

President launches investigation into the RC feature. Learns it was supposed to be take out from beta but the company which was co-designing it with the (Uncles) company mistakenly left it in the plans when they forwarded it to the Uncles company.

Shawn watches AF1 crash into Statue where he was supposed to meet his family. He doesn't know if they were already there yet.

Tony randomly disappears without warning at odd times for hours or days. Tony evades many of Shawn's questions (like Tony's assassination attempt on President) and doesn't want to look bad in Shawn's eyes. Says he does good work too like working with the American government.

Operation Lightning is launched. America has USSR's the nuclear codes. Then what's the point of the troops and the submarines? Isn't the war already over then?

Shawn and the President have to figure out what data is compromised

Tony recommends that they get a hold of Blacksword and ask them about his family. He kidnaps Alex with Shawn's help.

Shawn somehow figures out the RC feature made it into the AF1 was used to crash it. He logs into where it would activated from and sees the Presidents master code. Assumes the President did AF1. Unless the President is working with Blacksword Shawn now thinks his family is dead (President has no use for his family) What's Shawn's motivation now?

FBI Director plants the false information

Shawn now confronts the President who denies it. President is interested that there is an RC feature. They fight (physical?). Shawn runs away.

Shawn starts to mentally distance himself from the President slightly

Climax

President and Shawn have bigger problems. AF1 crash is digging up incriminating evidence of abuse of power using Black Ops this keeps Shawn busy for a while.

Assassination attempt on President by Tony. Tony ruins his attack to save Shawn who was protecting the President

Angela set herself up as a low Blacksword minion to get information about Ukraine that Russia wants to help them in their fight to maintain control over their sattilite country

Russian navy finds them. Big battle.Submarine sacrifices itself so President's escape pod can survive. It hides near land bordering Europe.

Haymitch still won't open up about Blacksword despite having a soft spot for Hunters (Haymitch knew Maxwell) Shawn won't leave him alone. The one thing Shawn accomplishes is he makes the connection that the people he hunted down for fabricating stories about his father are called Blacksword. Begins to hope Blacksword kidnapped them as they already demonstrated an interest in the Hunter family in the past. Reinforces the negative impression of President.

President decides to stay home (why) and Shawn goes on vacation (what happend to talking)

Tony is the one who alerted the USA about the mole in the FBI. He is slowly picking apart Alex's power and replacing him.
