Lacquer sanding

Clean the surfaces with air

Use an air pistol to clean the component or table top to clean away all dust

Top Coat Lacquer

Apply the stain using clean white cloth. Run with the direction of the grain

Seal the surfaces. Use spraygun. 2 pass

Sand the surface using 360 grit sanding paper.. Surface to be smooth and even without imperfections.

Oil - wipe on

90 phut

Color with Stain

Wash surfaces in Thinner

Fume until the color matches the sample panel.

Fume Finish Process

Wipe the surface using a clean white cloth which has been soaked in thinner. Use force. This will even the color and remove any excess stain
