SJ warehouse updates inventory base on ASN file NorAm completed
NorAm restock return items per ASN file they generate
SJ CS update returned reason and results for the returns
Buyers post it back to US warehouse

NorAm download ASN file from RMA system directly
NorAm upload return ASN file to SkuVault
Buyers contact our CS to want to return the items
