Conduct an assessment interview and certified by one TL/TLM

Site Lead's approval

TL/TLM nominate

Nominee needs to conduct his own evalution on MOKA system without shadowee's input

Nominee will NOT have to conduct an evalution

Recruiter remove nominee's name from Sheet \"Interviewer Nominee\" to Sheet \"Interviewer Team (GZ)\"

Nominee is to be shadowed by a TL/TLM and win his/her appraisal of eligible for coducting interviews on one's own

Recruiters will keep record of nominees on Sheet \"Interviewer Nominee\" upon Site Lead's approval email.Nominatino criteira: 1. total work experience > 1 year2. work experience in Pony.ai >0.5 year with completion of probation period
