大纲/内容
Consider rep endoscopy after 4 to 8 weeks of PPI therapy and/or EoE therapy
follow-up with gastroenterologist
Not tolerating secretions: Urgent endoscopic removal
Follow clinical status and consider PPI if nonspecific inflammation present
Tolerating secretions: Endoscopic removal within 24 hours
Consider repeat endoscopy after 5 to 8weeks of PPI therapy
Consider repeat endoscopy with possible dilation
No eosinophilic inflammation and no stricture
Consider FBI series with water-soluble contrast to identity obstruction

Stricture without eosinophilic inflammation
Eosinophilic inflammation without stricture
Obtain proximal and distal esophageal biopsies and assess for stricture狭窄
Suspected esophageal food impaction
