Obtain Every Supplier's Email from Excel File
Get query Conditions from Cost Model
Select Query Period for the Last 6 Months
Record Delivery Status of Email
Navigate to ME2N page
Fill Detailed Material Information to Excel of each Supplier
Email Sent Successfully
Combine all LCIs Files into Final File
Enter Username and Password and click Login Button of SAP

Click Query Button for Result to be Stored in Robot
Login SharePoint on Teams

Combine Suppliers Information and Detailed Delivery Status of Emails Sent to be Queried in Excel
